[OOC: Sure, sounds fun. Would you like me to roll for you, too?)
It had always been known that there were certain events which could make a nation's sanity snap like dry sticks. For some it took a war, others required little more than a fellow nation breathing the wrong way. Very few would have thought sweet-tempered Italy Veneziano capable of ever snapping. In the end, it hadn't taken much, just being in the wrong place at the wrong time - namely in a place where England was casting spells at the exact moment his spell went awry. True to form, Feliciano Vargas had gone evil in a firework of bright sparkly colors.
There was very little sparkly or bright left about his personality, though he continued to smile. Right then, he was smiling too. Smiling quite amiably, in fact, which clashed horribly with the calmly intrigued look in his eyes, like a cat watching a mouse. He twirled a knife around and cooed at the way it reflected the light.
"Sure", Okita replied in a bored tone. He didn't consider the one before him as a serious threat, but there was something unsettling about him, which definitely kept his guard up, even if he didn't show it for now.

"I don't know," Feliciano admitted readily. He tilted his head to the side with the tiniest pout. "It depends on you. Do you promise to behave like a nice friend should? I don't like it when people are nasty. It makes me sad."
Good or evil? xD He's morally so ambiguous I don't even know what to chose xDDsadistswordNovember 18 2011, 20:29:59 UTC
A small grin plays around Okita's lips. "What happens if I don't promise that?" Forcing him to play nice? Okita was a bit more than just amused. People usually regretted threatening him in any way.
Split personality? ;)morethanpastaNovember 18 2011, 22:08:20 UTC
Feliciano's smile widened at Okita's grin. It wasn't a particularly amused smile. He tapped the tip of the knife against his bottom lip and hummed. "...nope. That would be telling."
He sidled closer, eyes lighting up as he circled his prey. "I like to believe the best of people. Why don't we talk about your rewards if you play nice instead?"
Sounds very intriguing ^___^ I like that kind of characters!morethanpastaNovember 18 2011, 22:32:55 UTC
"Ve~" he trilled. "I won't kill you." He pouted, realizing this was not much of a reward. He tapped the knife against his lip again, then he laughed brightly as an idea occured to him. "And if you do really well, maybe I'll be nice to you, too! But first you have to show me that you're going to do your job. I need... Italy needs... you will be a good obedient soldier, won't you?"
w--well, personally I love him ////sadistswordNovember 18 2011, 22:44:23 UTC
Another amused laugh Okita couldn't surpress. Either Feliciano had a lot of confidence if he really thought he could kill Okita that easily or was just stupid. There were rarely people who were a match for Okita.
"So, what do you want me to do to show my loyalty? Kill somebody?", he lowered his hand a bit to the hilt of his katana, the grin never leavins his face.
"Ve~" He hadn't thought that far. He may be evil, but England's magic beams unfortunately hadn't turned him into a better strategist. His planning hadn't really extended beyond 'get a minion.'
"That is a classic, isn't it? But I don't need a man of your skill to kill someone. I could hire a simple thug. I could even do it myself, if I liked to dirty my hands. No... I would rather like you get me something. I like secrets. They're fun."
"Hoh~?", well, killing was his speciality - or that was what he liked to think. He wasn't much of a spy, Yamazaki-san, Shimada-san and Hajime-kun were usually better for jobs like that, which didn't mean he could pull it off, really. He was quite an actor sometimes. Which was what he was doing right now.
"Then what is it you desire? A sword? Gold?", his expression turning more mischievous. "A woman?"
"So I should fetch you something I don't even know?", Okita raised his brows a bit. Well, he could live with that. He moved his hand from the hilt towards his hip.
The smile quickly gives way to a frown. He has never been a particularly patient nation and he is becoming convinced that Okita is pretending to be clueless just to irritate him. "Why don't you start with the houses of my enemies? And I can hardly ask you to tell me exactly what to fetch me when it is part of your job to find out if there is anything worthwhile, can I?"
"As you wish~", Okita replied. So the guy was just completely clueless himself, which was weirdly even more bothersome than Hijikata-san's bossing around.
"Who is the one you hate the most?", perhaps Okita should have phrased this differently, but he couldn't help his nature at times.

"What do you want to do with that knife anyways?"

"Best of people?", there was a small laughter before Okita crossed his arms. "What kind of rewards do you have in mind?"
