[Of course it would be Mary who is roped into running a kissing booth for charity. Perhaps she was tricked into it. Either way, she's nervously applying lipstick behind the counter.]

[ John had been wondering around to find the kissing booth for the last few minutes. When he does find it he comes up to her with a big smile. ] I think I'll just stay at the front of the line all day.

[mmorstan]

[She looks up from her mirror and blushes, grinning.] I'm afraid I'm going to have to charge you by the minute if we're going to raise money for charity, Dr. Watson.

I think it'd be worth it. You know, for the charity and all.

[mmorstan]

Oh, of course.

I certainly hope you're not going to be jealous...

[hamishforaname]

I'll do my best not to be, Mary.

[mmorstan]

Good. That's what I like about you.

[hamishforaname]

That I do my best not to be jealous? Well, this will be the first time I have to watch you kiss another bloke...that may change. [ It's just a joke. John won't act out unless someone does something Mary doesn't like. That's when his Army training will come out. ]

How about I take you as my first customer? Free of charge, and you get one on the lips.

I think I'd like that. [ He grins and leans over the the booth. ]

[mmorstan]

[ She sets hand over his and leans in for a sweet kiss, lingering. Giggling softly, she nudges her nose against his. ]

[hamishforaname]

[ He grins against her lips, leaning in to steal another kiss. ]

[mmorstan]

[Mary sneaks just one more in before pulling away. She lightly and affectionately swipes a bit of lipstick from his face.]

[ John likes this. He'll come back for more later. ] Thanks. [ He pulls back only enough to kiss her cheek. ]
