When Penny heard the knock, she waited for more, sure it was Sheldon. When she didn't hear his voice, she furrowed her brow and went over to answer it.
"Hi," she said as she opened and looked at the man there.
If you're familiar with Charmed, he still has his powersorbinginalwaysSeptember 26 2011, 23:03:33 UTC
(But not his immortality. He ages normally for this. :D)
"Yeah. Wow. I just moved in from San Francisco, needed somewhere cheaper. Just needed to borrow some salt, and I heard weird things about the guys living across from you, so... Wow."
I don't know anything about Charmed, lol. :3loveshernerdsSeptember 26 2011, 23:26:41 UTC
This was a little weird, but nice at the same time. Penny had always wondered what happened to Leo and here he was. And she found herself laughing at his comment about Leonard and the others. "Yeah, they're a little different," she said before ushering him in and closing the door.
"You look amazing, too. Wow. I can't believe you're hear," she said.
That's fine. I'll keep the weirdness to a minimum.orbinginalwaysSeptember 26 2011, 23:31:34 UTC
"Yeah, I had to move somewhere a bit closer to the university." Leo says, turning to look around the apartment. "Nice place." He comments. "How are you? It's been years. What're you doing?"
be as weird as you want! :)loveshernerdsSeptember 27 2011, 01:07:43 UTC
"Which university?" Penny asked before she shrugged her shoulders. "Thanks Kinda wish it were bigger, but whatever. And I've been good and I've been...working mostly. Nothing too exciting. How about you?"
"Oh, uh, Pacific Oaks. I got a job teaching European History there." Leo was always interested in history. "Pasadena is closer than San Fran, so it was a better choice."
"I'm a waitress at the Cheesecake Factory. It's not glamourous but it pays the bills until I get my big break," Penny said with a smile. "And free food is always good."
"The Cheesecake Factory?" Leo smiles lightly. "I spotted that place on the way in." He comments. "And your big break? Decided to become an author or something?"

He'd just moved in to a flat downstairs, so was looking a little bit dusty, but still smiling pleasantly.

Looking towards the door. "So, your neighbors...Are they as weird as everyone says they are?"

She then looked at the door and laughed. "They're a bunch of socially awkward nerds. They're weird but I adore them."
