I'm sorry to hear the job didn't work out. I know that something will come up. Don't worry if you and Chris have to spend a few months apart...I know what it's like, we did it for two years. MDC always has lots of summer jobs available, so it's likely you'd be able to find something close. Good Luck!

I'm sorry to hear that. You're right about the distance thing - lots of married couples have made it work. A friend of Levi's did, my parents did (when my dad went to MO Western for two years), and if I remember correctly, Rubin's parents did too.

I'm doing okay, just disappointed. We were really looking forward to moving. I even got Chris to let me get a cat! We just need to do a mallcapades soon and I will feel much better.

I almost forgot...you might want to try going to the Missouri Natural Resources Conference at the end of the month. They have a job fair there, mainly for students, but anyone can go. Since it would probably be hard for you to go the entire conference, I'd recommend just going to the job fair and the mixer that follows it. There are many people that attend, most from MDC, DNR, and universities. I've been to it 2 or 3 times and it was a lot of fun. You can check out the website at www.mnrc.org
