I am trying to have a positive attitude and be content with where I am at. It's hard sometimes because I know I have potential to do so much...if I am given the chance. I didn't get the job at the Discovery Center. I'm disappointed, but I know that God has something out there for me. I just have to keep walking in faith. We were really hoping to get out of my Grandpa's house soon though. I'm afraid that I may have to get an internship this summer, which will give me some much needed experience. Well, interviews one and two are done. They both went really well and I feel really confident about the one that I really wanted at the Discovery Center in downtown KC. My brother came home! Mitchell is home from the airforce. It was so good to see him! I haven't seen him since last christmas because he left for basic training before we moved back. I HAVE A JOB INTERVIEW!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is next wednesday for a position at the Discovery Center here in Kansas City. The job sounds like I would basically be creating conservation programs for school and youth groups. Not my ideal job, but pretty close! I have already asked for that day off for a doctors appt. Well, I think I am going to live. Grandpa had the stomach flu earlier this week, and I got it last night. Wasn't too pleasent. But I think the worst is over and I am on the mend. Lost 6 pounds though, so that's kind of cool. I haven't had the stomach flu for eight years. That's a pretty good record. Anyways, I think it is time for another ( Read more... )
