How is December almost here?!?
Wow, the last 3 days have been intense. 6 clients, then 7 clients, then 6 clients. And 4 of them have been new intakes. I'm pooped. Thank goodness I have a 4-day weekend now (kinda - 2 clients on Friday). I'm actually feeling okay about the clients, and even the long days. It's the paperwork that stresses me out the most. Quick and Dirty Update
It's late and I'm tired, but time for a quick update. I got a new laptop today. It's only for work, so it doesn't need all the bells and whistles my desktop has, but I'm pretty excited about it. OMG 2 weeks until the fellowship starts, whaaaaat?!? There's way too much to do. I still have a list of stuff to do for the fellowship, and a frak ton of reading for my class, plus 2 more papers and 2 more discussion posts and family is still here and I still have internship clients and there's too much! OMG, I got the job! That fellowship I applied to? Yesterday was interview day, and they said they would spend 2 weeks doing any necessary follow-up interviews before letting us know. Happy Easter!
It's such a beautiful daaaaaay. Sunny and warm: above 70 for the first time this year. Yesterday was almost as nice, in the 60s, and I took a long walk to the lake, and sat and read a book for FUN (Sapiens, which is fantastic!), and it was so refreshing.
