Do you have any or know where I might find recipes for nutritious dishes that could be prepared at home in -- hum, thirty minutes to an hour? I'm trying to incorporate healther and more filling meals into my daily routine by, uh, preparing healthy, filling lunches to bring to work the night before I go to work. They are fantastic. Some of their recipes are longer than others - they have all kinds for all meals, so you have to kind of look around. But they are all light with calorie counts, and so delicious.
My roommate gets the magazine, too, which always is packed full of great recipes.
