Greece was amazing. Not as I remembered it, obviously, but it was good to be back home and know where places are.
Greek has changed a bit though, it's weird hearing the new version of the language.

The restaurant will have its opening night the 27th. I'm having some issues with the servers, as a few aren't meeting expectations. I was going to open right before the 25th, but I was advised that would be a bad decision since no one would be likely to be out on that day ( Read more... )
