It's Joe. I don't know who else to call because I can't find 'Big Bro Mello'.

Maybe you're busy with work or something, but...Noki says in a 'Correctional Facility' and they took her arm off and I'm not sure if she got in trouble at school or if she's gotten kidnapped.

Do you know what to do? She's just a kid and I think she got rough with the other kids, but I'm not really sure what's going on, she said white coats so maybe she's at a SERO hospital someplace?

It's most important to find out what the facility is, of what nature it is, and what she did.

I don't think she knows, they dragged her into a car and held her down and told her she was bad.

If she hurt some other kids, I don't think she knows any better- they took her arm off!

Calm down. If she did hurt the other children, that may have been a justified act. Ask these questions, calmly, and determine the facts of the matter.

They won't let me see her here. They won't even let me inside past the gate unless I'm legal counsel or her legal guardian.

She did...she did hurt a lot of kids, it looks like. They sent all the other kids home, and the school's a big scene.

Probably because she was throwing a tantrum and they don't know how to deal with kids who hurt other kids and don't realize what they're doing!

I don't even know if Noki is a...is a real girl, if her arm really comes off by taking screws out.

But I still can't get in touch with Mello, and someone's got to figure out what really happened, but they're treating me like I'm just some kid and so I can't get in there to make sure nothing bad's going to happen to her.

Just make sure it's really a correctional facility and if she's in big trouble she won't be...y'know, handed over to AGI to make her into a slave or to SERO to end up on a table or something.

Yet if children are dead...It's clear, if this story is true, that she needs psychological help. But I will do my best to ensure that she is not treated as mentally capable, or as an adult.
