How long/wide is the pokemon fabric?

I'm not the best of measuring, and my measuring thingy kept snapping back in, but from the pictures it looks like I was getting around 15x18. Its not very big at all.

I have to warn you, it is a very, very thin fabric and I'm not sure it'd make a good skirt, unless you laid it over another fabric.
