Yesterday was a long day of work. It didn't help that on my second to last flight of the day I had a very unhappy customer who took it out on me. I hate it when that happens. I did everything I could within my boudries to imprvoe the situation but he was mad and wanted to let it be known. I felt like such a failure at my job. Never mind that on the ( Read more... )

There is no excuse for mean people and every service industry has to deal with them. They are totally self centered, want the best service and don't deserve any service. Better to deal with them than to be them. What pitiful people! Just do your best and forget about them. Everyone else can see that you are awesome.

Ugh, I'm sorry. There's nothing like one belligerent person to completely ruin a day. It's so depressing that we're such fragile creatures that a single negative experience can completely undo a dozen positive ones.

I'm glad your overnight is going better than expected, though, and that finances are working out.
