I realized today that it has almost been a month since I journaled last. I think about journaling often and what I will write but never seem to actually sit down in front of my computer and write. Partially because I tend to find other things to do with my time and partially because I just space out

I'm sorry that the boy has not called back. That is very lame of him. Glad that you're doing fairly well otherwise, though. Yay for winter and books and DVDs and textiles and crosswords and all of life's other small joys.

Slightly disappointing but life goes on. It isn't that big of a deal.

We are just as snobby as the rest of the country but we tend not to admit it. And think their is also a sense of self-rightousness involved in it.

I'm not sure well-adjusted is the right word but what can one do? I was in a contented mood yesterday.

Um, wow, you really do sound rather resigned in a not bad way to no answer from the phone call. And I have no clue about the details, but that still sounds like courage to me.

Are you generally snobby? You in the plural Oregonian sense, of course. I really must visit Oregon sometime and see for myself.

I am not sure if it is resigned or what. An SO is something I really want but I am not sure I could really deal with right now. And by now I am used to fact that mothers love me but there sons aren't too keen. (This was a set up by a mom.) I am afraid I will always be the best friend and never the leading lady but I refuse to let that dominate my life.

We certainly can be very snobby but I doubt we like to admit it.
