Yes, what he said. You might find it cheaper to buy a London to Brussels ticket and get the rest from Brussels onwards, though advance booking might be cheaper anyway - just a thought. I made the London to Hildesheim train ride (and also to Berlin) that way and it seemed a substantial saving.
The goth bus is running and there are still some seats left. I think it's £245 (including ticket, camping and obviously the journey) and I believe that they're still sorting the specific collection points.
