Half and half
We have an unopened quart of half and half sitting in the fridge which I'd been avoiding using because... cream! Which is Full of Fat! And Cholesterol! But I didn't want to just toss it because wasting food is Bad.

Almond Matcha Smoothie
This yummy smoothie is cheerfully GREEN and lightly sweet. It tastes predominately of almonds with a delicate layer of banana. The matcha flavor is sadly completely lost, but there's enough to provide a little welcome caffeine pick-me-up. Matcha smoothie #3 - extra green edition
Yummy though only very lightly sweet. Main flavor is almond banana and it's a clear lightly-fruity fresh flavor. Almond extract really heightens the one-note banana flavor. Can't taste the matcha or spinach at all ( Read more... )
