Life in general kind of sucks. So I decided to take my life in my own hands with a few initiatives. Today is Day 1 of Lauren quitting smoking. Thursday will be Day 1 of Lauren starting to work out again. I need to take care of myself. I need to start caring again in general.

I started going to the gym regurally in July. Its been amazing. I'm sure if we had a rematch, i would win a decisive victory.
