13 hours of hard labor, waiting until 7CM to have an epidural (that may sound like nothing to you, but it is something to those who have had children); I had our son via c-section.

Still no baby. He is really stubborn. I have an appointment today and I'll know when they're going to induce me. Hopefully soon.. it's too hot to be pregnant.

Which came first..

A chicken and an egg are lying in bed. The chicken is leaningagainst the headboard smoking a cigarette, with a satisfied smile on its face.

The egg, looking a bit ticked off, grabs the sheet, rolls over, and says "Well, I guess we finally answered THAT question."

Well, I had my final ultrasound yesterday. They're estimating he is at about 6 lbs. 9 oz.- give or take. He's probably more around 7lbs. And I have about 3 weeks to go. And he has a lot of hair. :) And chubby cheeks. Hopefully he grows out of that transparent stage he's in. Haha, stupid ultrasound humor. :D ( Read more... )

So this morning I was peacefully sleeping after Chris had left for work and at 9:05 this morning I get a call from work. I let the voicemail pick it up like I always do- and it was Liz, my most favorite customer service lady. She was all in a panic and said to call her back because it was an emergency. So- I have 5 weeks left! FIVE WEEKS! Well, it might be sooner if my blood pressure doesn't start cooperating. It's high.. :( My midwife said if I start developing headaches and vision irregularities I'll have to deliver sooner than 5 weeks from now.
