Give me sympathy! Not only did I have to go to the dentist, but I had a wisdom tooth pulled AND I had it pulled by the world's weakest dentist. Last two wisdom teeth I had out the dentist that did them took like 30 sec each. But this one? Took half an hour!! Six inch Sub is THREE INCHES TOO LONG!! (No, I didn't eat the whole thing, I left three inches, and even then I probably ate about half an inch too much).

. . . okay, this is an example of the food struggles I still have. I had crumbed beef schnitzel for tea, covered with gravy (rule of weight loss surgery - you can never have too much sauce with your meal). So I've eaten it and I KNOW I'm full. I can FEEL I'm full. I haven't updated in AGES!! But then nothing majorly exciting has been happening. I'm now 30 kgs down . . I go through trousers more quickly than a widow goes through tissues (As in by the time I got around to shortening three smaller pairs they were already too big) . . .
