Colin breaking up with Claire even though he hasn't spoken with Bradley was heart hurting and so right, and I had my heart in my throat when he put himself out there and went to Los Angeles and didn't even have the right address but found Bradley anyway. Bradley's reaction was pitch perfect and the slide show of them as a couple was wonderful. I love that they get the dog and the two kids and that white picket fence.
This put a huge, idiotic grin on my face Colin walked down the aisle alone but when he joined Bradley at the front and took his hand Katie knew they would never be alone again.
‘Katie are you crying?’ Paul asked her in surprise.
‘No!’ Katie said fiercely. ‘I’ve just... got something in my eye.’ Just the idea of Katie tearing up at her two friends finally making it official is making me happy.
This was a wonderful story beautifully executed. I enjoyed every inch of it.
Wow thank you for all your comments throughout the story. It's really nice getting some more in depth reviews. And I totally agree that it's not stalking if it's for the greater good xP. I'm really happy this worked for you!
This is just wonderful. I never read the book either, so I wasn't sure what to expect at all.
I loved how you showed us all these little insignificant things in the beginning that would end up defining them and their relationship over the years.
Their last night together broke my heart. The confessions of love. It was so bitter sweet, my heart ached for both of them! and right at that moment I hoped they would find they way back to each other.
And they did. Even if there was many years in between, a lot of heart ache, and silly decisions, they made it. Because 're bradleyandcolin after all <3
The last years made me smile so much, just reading each year with a stupid happy grin on my face!
Thank you so much for this story hun <3 I just wanna read it all over again.
Wow! Seriously, I'm almost speechless. I was pretty much destroyed when I finished One Day, so I was a bit reluctant to read this.. but I'm so glad I did! I don't want to end up quoting the whole thing back at you, so I'll resist the temptation to pick out all my favourite bits. But I enjoyed every single thing about this! The banter between Colin and Bradley was perfectly done, and the angst was just the right amount too. Basically, I loved it. So thanks for writing it! I'm bookmarking it right now so I can re-read it every time I need a good fic!
Idek how this has so few comments. I don't even care. I freaking love this! So cute! So amazing! So spread out over a lovely long period of time and so romantic and squeeable! *smishes you* I'm gonna melt! ^^
