It's hard to wait around for something that you know may never happen but it's even harder to give up, especially when it's everything you ever wanted.

I'm back to campus after a thoroughly enjoyable fall break of absolute nothingness at home. Today covered the entire range of my emotions and I am exhausted. But of course, not sleeping. I just got back from a Bat Mitzvah in Las Vegas. Not relatives, but close family friends who my mom grew up with. We have attended 2 other services for their other children and this one was for their youngest. It was insane. I was not prepared for what I experienced.
