At least he'll always want her... though in a very creepy way. I suspect, as I said to others above, that this isn't going to end well.

Thank you.

Ooh, I loved this! So creepy and awful and awesome. I was actually rooting for anyone BUT Leyla. I love the way you subverted all the tropes. Quinn loses, Leyla doesn't want another boy, and poor Max! Loved his voice!

Hahaha, no love for Leyla? Hahaha. And dude, "subversion" is my middle name!

... ok not really. It's Lynn.

Ha! Subversion would be an awesome middle name.

And no, no love for Leyla, but not because you didn't make her sympathetic, just because I'm really mean.

Possession! Hot ghost! Silly high school boys who think they're invincible! Is there ANYTHING wrong with this story?

I was/am still a Max girl, though :(

Mmm I was totally distracted by Ariel and Eric. Hahah.

Thank you! I was a Max fan from the moment I named him that, bc it's one of my favorite names! /shallow.

Glad you enjoyed the story! I had fun writing it, which is always nice.

why do you think I picked the picture in the first place? ;D

YES. I had a problem figuring out what exactly was going on at the end then it HIT me. :D

Woo! Sparse dialogue FTW! I think Max makes up for it by being so conversational.

Also, HAHA. :p

Goddess, that was creepy. And, uh, there was almost no dialogue, and I really love that... And, well, I really was sort of mental cheering for Max, and the ghost was just... Um, too dead. It was actually pretty freaky...
I like ghosts in general, but not this one...
Which just tells me this story was so damned good.

Yeah, the ghost was totally, totally a bad guy. I mean, still sexy, if you like that kind of thing. But Max, despite his shortcomings, was the one I was cheering for, too. Which is probably why it ended the way it did...

Thanks! :D :D :D
