Yes! It seems like it should be just as complicated and interesting a story as the beginning. (Have you read ROSE DAUGHTER by Robin McKinley? She does a very cool thing with the end of it that suggests how the future will play out... I can't really say anything else without Major Spoiler though. Heh...)
