pais vasco is in northern spain, close to the border of france and the ocean.

visiting the cities of San Sebastian and Bilbao.  Should be fun!

So I was in Barcelona this past weekend.  That is a beautiful city.. such character!  It felt different from the rest of Spain because of the different language that's there, but it was sstill great.  People speak both Catalan and Español so we could all get by just fine.  We stayed with Joanna's cousin and his family, and they treated us sooo well ( Read more... )

I think I may end up having to buy a coat here.  I was hoping to last until I go home.. but it's chilly! And going out in the evenings covered in layers instead of one warm coat is annoying.  I  have to put on two jackets and a scarf to keep myself warm.  Unfortunately the funds are low right now because I've been charging stuff on the credit card ( Read more... )
