Yeah, well, both are only good if you're actually HAVING sex...couldn't he have mentioned maybe the bit about not substituting the drugs for a healthy and balanced diet and regular exercise? Then again, it's not like it's there to be substituted...
Exercise continues to help though, but why can't it just stop them altogether rather than just lessening the impact?!
