Urgh, it's Monday lunchtime and I'm sitting at my works internet cafe coz I have no internet access at home. I moved in last Tuesday, plugged in my computer having been told my broadband would've been activated and, sure enough, it wasn't. I have made 4 calls to BT asking them WTF!? and each time they go through the same thing

I did go through the ceiling coz yesterday was just bad. And today they've come bak saying I shouldn't be so ungrateful. I'm not ungrateful - I just need to plug the washing machine in! Oh dear, I don't think it's worn off yet.
