It took the better part of the night but I figured out how to get anime to run on my phone. The phone supports a good number of codecs (only thing that I know of that it can't do is OGG Vorbis stuff). My new phone is awesome!!! I'm glad I took the day off, I've been tinkering with it all day. Usage surveys show that people with sliders only use them 25% of the time; I don;t get that at all. Besides entering web addresses I use it for everything. That keyboard is really great. Even if I switched to swype full time the keyboard would be worth ( Read more... )

The longest construction of a fairly simple dress shirt in the history of ever is basically done. I started the thing, cruised through most of it, then sat on it for like a month+ because I wasn't sure how to do the collar (a standard collar you'd wear with a tie modified into having a sailor suit-esque back). I went to my 5th Tiger's game on Wednesday, it was the worst game of the season. We won, but everything else about it was lame. It rained for like 4 innings, not hard enough to delay the game but a steady light rain. I ended up using my scorecard as a hat/mini umbrella (I had my umbrella, but it was too crowded to use). I have an effective strategy in starcraft. It works well, if you don't react to it immediately you are screwed, and its won me a lot of matches. But I get called "cheap" or other choice words rather frequently; it's making me feel bad. It was a valid strategy even in Starcraft 1, but I admit its kind of "cheesey" and frustrating for the other guy ( Read more... )

Starcraft 2 arrived this week and predictably it has dominated my free time. My laptop thankfully runs it well on medium settings. It runs at about 80% cpu and memory capacity. Not bad for a laptop thats almost 2 years old. I have been playing a lot of 1v1 multiplayer, which is odd since I almost never played 1v1 in the original game. I'm in ( Read more... )

My vision perscription did not change at all! This is the first time since I started wearing glasses that this has happened.

Also the doctor complimented me saying that I looked great and that the change has been remarkable =D
