Med-Surg
This is the one class I can study for weeks for, and have very little reward for it. I can tell my patients the reason for every surgery for GI, its contraindications, and what to expect for it. This includes post-op and pre-op meds and teaching; but, gun to my head, I apparently can't take a test ( Read more... ) -
Nursing
My life has become completely absorbed in Nursing. Between crippling Med-Surg tests, extensive and complicated clinical paperwork, tedious Care Plans, distant and involved clinical rotations, working out pediatric studies, and finishing various study guides and projects for Concepts in Nursing, I find myself with basically no downtime outside of ( Read more... ) -

I dont think I've ever had such a workload due weekly. Five assignments, two math assignments, a paper, a concept map, newborn assessment forms, and a massive care plan. And two king-sized tests.
What happened to all the free time I had?!
In other, yet somewhat related news, I'm taking a leave of absence from Target. Time to budget lol. -
