Let it snow!!!
We're now in day 2 of full on snow storm and I'm lovin' it. Seriously. I live in Toronto. I like winter to be winter you know? Last year was brown and muddy and blech.

I'm pretty sure I left a bag containing my addressed yet postage stamp free Christmas cards on the subwy this morning. I'm sort of holding out hope I left them in the foyer of my apartment. But, I doubt it. *sigh*. 56 cards. 56 cards that were expensive but I bought them anyway because they are pretty. I do good work.

Leah, the woman who does my tattoos is hilarious. We were talking about how some places put plastic wrap over fresh tattoos and she was all "WHY??? You skin is an organ it needs to breathe!" Turkey Day 4 Ankara to Cappadocia
We got up again with the bright and early and headed over to the Museum of Anatolian Civilizations. It's a very cool museum and I can see why it won the first ever European Museum of the Year in 1997. Turkey Day 3 Bursa to Ankara
Bright and early we headed out of Bursa and drove for about 20mins to a traditional village. They are trying to get heritage protection for the area but it's very difficult to pay for all the repairs to the buildings and that sort of things.
