Gary Gygax died. This is sad. God rolled a 20 and death took him.

So I just got back from doing my first radio show. It was a blast. I have no idea how good I did but it was chill as fuck. Just 2 hours of me playing metal/industrial/alternative music and then randomly talking about stuff happening at school. Oh and some techno as well. Im definitly going to be doing this for a while.

This was the 1st halloween i have ever had where i didnt do anything at all. Last year I saw Guns N Roses play, and every year before that was either trick or treating or parties, but this year was nothing, just slow restaraunt work. It really dissapoints me because halloween has always been my favorite time of the year

Hahaha, I love the guitar. This past weekend I was playing with a guy who plays for the Barracudas and he asked me if i could play the solos from sweet child o mine, patience and every rose has its thorn. I couldnt play them. Hmm, its been a very strange week. Im happier than I have been in a few months, I am trying to get a job at Cd Connection, and my guitar playing has been going great. But in all of this Im still very sad becuase a guy I work with died on tuesday. He was 50 something years old, a really cool guy, but also a drug addict. We dont know how he died ( Read more... )

I am overjoyed. I feel like my guitar skill has almost doubled in the past month. I have been playing stuff I could never play before, and its easy. Right now I am going through Metallica solos and plowing right through them. Maybe they were always easy, but I could never play them before.
