I got 5's on all my APs (Bio, Stats, English Lit)! This was so exciting as to merit taking a break from my philosophy paper (due at noon) and gloating! Now I can decide what classes I want to take for the fall, because the 5 on AP English qualified out of a writing seminar. The Cornell '09 Picnic at Central Park went off without a hitch today! We met at noon and waited a while for peeps to show up. We had a group of 14 after everyone showed up, I believe, and we had lunch on my blanket and played some frisbee. Then we went boating. My boat was the best. i found out why that smart and healthy bread tasted weird. i was using it for my peanut butter and nutella sandwich and then i discovered, to my horror, that it tasted like FISH. sure enough, there were FISH OILS on the ingredients list. i made myself eat half the sandwich then nearly threw up ( Read more... )

Tonight was a fun and meaninful night. I finally got to chill with Ayda and Lisa, driving all around the Island in the process. I didn't mind, though, 'cause I love to drive.
