I have started a new tradition. The tradition of the anniversary shrub. I've picked a fake plant in our house, and instead of ornaments, I stuck one picture from each year Tom and I have been dating, plus one from the day we started dating. I forgot how emotionally draining, completely heart-wrenching the last few episodes of Six Feet Under are. Geez.
