Damn, I thought my upstairs neighbors are a pain. The problem with upstairs neighbors is you can't get them back easily, other than the old broomstick to the ceiling. I'm thinking of installing upward facing speakers near the ceiling, though :)

the problem is that I have about nine floors above my apartment so I'm not 100% sure which neighbors did it :) Yet another reason I hate living in a building :)
