Objective: 3 weeks remaining of summer vacation. Work out 4-5 times a week, minimum 1 hour each day doing some sort of vigorous exercise. Wii doesn't count

yes, I have a "son" who is 17. Long story... better told in person. :) I saw him today and he was telling me how he's working out every day before he goes to work because he wants to be in better shape for cross-country track in fall.
