I have nothing to say in Dave's defense... it was a drug overdose so yea that is stupid, but I feel like I should say something for Mike. He didn't just wake up one day and decide to hang himself. It was the result of years of torture. I guess you obviously didn't know that he had a form of Schizophrenia. He had been in and out of Psych hospitals and on medication, everything his parents could do for him. Three days before he killed himself the Psych hospital said there was nothing else they could do for him at that point and sent him home with more medication. The next time you have Schizophrenia and are able to work, or go to school, you know not be a "loser" you can say he was just another loser who killed himself, but until then maybe you should wait until you have the facts.

So by saying years of torture you mean the numerous drugs he used to do with my brother eric right? seeing how drugs and alcohol is a stressful life experience that can trigger scizophernia. And i never called anyone a "loser" here maybe in your subconsciousness thats your your own opinion. hmmm..... maybe, also i think i do know my facts seeing how id have an associates degree in psychology, but you wouldnt know that cause i dont use this journal to vent myself on and let everyone in my personal life.

Schizophrenia isn't a result of drugs and alchohol, it is something that comes on usually in the late teens or early twenty's for men, and the cause has not been pinpointed. Saying they had no big plans for the future and trivializing the worth of their lives can be summed up as considering them losers, or at least that is how it looks to an outsider reading your entry. For you to judge who is and is not doing something with their life is just wrong. How do you know that each of them would never have done anything. Hell if things had been different I may have been dead almost 6 years ago, but now I have a lot of things, and I feel like I am doing very well for myself, but I don't pretend to be better than people just because I am working full time, going to school full time, have a new car and a house. I have taken Psychology courses as well, at one time that was my major, so don't pull that "all knowing" shit on me. No matter what the cause of his Schizophrenia was he didn't choose to have it, and I'm sure he didn't want it. Go
