Finished up my job in Queensland, my lungs are kinda glad for it... Was offered 2 jobs back home in Sydney, one with RailCorp and the other with Transfield Services, both Mechanical engineering jobs and both training me up as a project manager. My dad has been battling cancer since I was in year 11, so about 1994, so it's no shock to the system when it comes back every now and then... But yesterday he was told he has approximately 2 years to live, 5 years maximum, and would more than likely only last about 1 year.... My dad was in a car accident the other day... he's alright, he had to wear a heart monitor for a day cos he has stress related problems... It was a three car pile up in wet conditions, and luckily no one was injured, the cars were a bit messed up but that's all ( Read more... )
