Yeah but I like to call it "organized chaos".

Although everyone is driving all over the place, people drive slow and defensively. I went for a drive in MI with my friend Carrie the other day (the one I visited in Indonesia) and she just kept clutching the dashboard because I was "going to fast". And by that I mean 75mph on the highway.
