I work with several people in my job whose native tongue is not English. Granted, they all have nearly perfect English, but sometimes colloquial expressions get lost in translation and it always makes me giggle.

I looove spicy food. Whenever I go to Indian or Tai restaurants, I always ask for spicy. Everyone knows that they give Americans tempered down versions because they think we can't handle it. I haven't thrown a party in a long time, but it felt good to play hostesss/bartender. I love to serve, host and ensure an overall good time. The only downside is the night went by too fast!
