Winter Break!! yeah finally here. haven't updated in a while and this one is for you megan! Nothing much going on in my life right now other than rowing and school. I hope that everybody else's lives are going well and hope that everybody is staying warm through this horrid weather.

Well, i just got back from Philadelphia. I had a rowing regatta there this weekend. it was a blast and i had so much fun. My four got originally second place but as the day went on we slid back to 18th. the other V4 got 21st, so over all the two fours did pretty well considering we were also racing against colleges and there were over 80 boats ( Read more... )

i have had a bad day since i woke up this morning. i had to go to freaking practice at 6:15 instead of 7. and to top it off we didnt even go out on the water. we had to erg 5 by 10 minute pieces. and of course i was like really bad b/c i'm not in the best condition seeings that i'm the coxswain. and afterwards we had to do like 15 minutes of abs or ( Read more... )

Wow, it was a great weekend. first of all i went to the south football game and we won! for once. but anyways, saturday was also a great night to remember. i went out to dinner with my friend erin scully and her friend amber (she's a junior). we went to the country club of detroit for dinner. oh, the good food. but we didnt get dessert until 8:00. Wow, i just got back from the South football game. and guess what? we lost...again! i just can't believe that we are THAT bad. the final score was 10 to 27, i think, i could be a little off.
