Whew, it's been a long week for a week that started out somewhat quietly. Spent several days this week tackling hi-cap phone line problems at work again. This time the line went down entirely, which at least makes it easier to focus the phone company's attention on fixing the problem. Well, after I was taunted with a relatively quiet Thursday workday, Thursday evening and Friday were somehow less than fun.
