I took this test and everything was from high to extreme except Purgatory and Level 1...I guess I'm a terrible person.

Also...give me the lowdown on what I'll need to get started...if it would please and thank ya.

*luves* I'm going down to Minnesota and I'm gonna try to convince my aunt to sell me her horse Teaser!...and then I have to find someway to get her hauled up here...ughhhh, stress.

1) Refreshen by taking some lessons
2) Figure out what you want the horse for-if you want a kind of backward pony, don't get a racer.
-Make a budget-although if you really like the horse, it might be worth it to splurge that $500 or whatever.
-Make sure that the horse will be happy at its purpose.
3) Where are you going to keep it? (Mine was $300 a month). Make sure you can trust the person to take good care of it, and that they will actually call a vet when needed.
4) When buying, ask plenty of questions...(why does it use that bit etc, what's it like around kids etc.)
5) GET THE VET AND A FARRIER TO CHECK THE HORSE OUT..dont use their vet or farrier.
6) Dont buy if it's lame under any circumstance...I dont care if it had an "off" day- if it's lame, it's lame.
7) Make sure you get a deed of sale.
8) Enjoy!

Well, you can always search online...it'd probably be about $3000
for shipping.

Lemme know if you have more ?s...will you be at the fair?
