It's supposed to be like a stretched out movie version of the chuck jones cartoon "Baby Buggy Bunny", which was OK to be unbelievable because it was a cartoon (and like no longer than 20 minutes)...

Yes. The cartoon is disturbing, yes, but it's not so literal. And it's at least sorta looks like a baby. And it's not a Wayans.
