I've been dreaming about doing an Italian Courtesan gown ever since I got back from Costume College. Unfortunately I didn't find the perfect fabric in LA's fashion district so I have to do something from stash. I have about a million questions so I did what I always do, I  turned to the internet to "research"

To clarify: You want to dye your white taffeta to become gold with green undertones? And you want to dye the gold-embroidered white silk to become gold with gold embroidery

Thank you so much! The fabric was not white to start with so it was a bit tricky but I pulled my courage together and went to Dharma, since it isn't too far from my house.
