I loved this. I loved the idea that something real would be the cause of so much horror. Loved that Uther is so very bat-crazy that he'd be killing whole families. Loved that Arthur slowly figured out that Merlin was a sorcerer and it took him a while but he finally came around. Just a great, great job.

I really enjoyed this, it was lovely! The way you developed things slowly made for a wonderful read. I particularly enjoyed your Arthur who was quick to react at times, but also became more thoughtful and discerning as events progressed. I'm sure I'll be back to reread soon!

I'm honestly not impatient about these things. I can wait patiently until you flesh out a sequel and that's *if* you decide to do so. I would appreciate a sequel but I would understand also if you want to move onto something else.
