Assuming that everything needed can be done to form such a fource, what are your plans to do with these dangerous people?

Do you truly think a prison would hold people with incredible magical ability which seems to be the case of many of the dangerous people in Luceti now? Or people capable of teleportation?

And how will you even be able to know who committed a crime when there are those here who can use illusions or disguises very well?

It is not that I object to the idea, but there is definitely much to keep in mind when many of the residents have magical abilities.

I do believe a prison can hold them. And I believe that the evidence has a voice of its own.

So you have plans to prevent such a prison from being destroyed magically or the prisoners from just teleporting out and going into hiding merely to be able to hurt others again?

Then a question, looking at the evidence you have seen given at this time, who do you believe killed Terra?

Eyewitness testimony is notoriously unreliable and character testimony will not hold up in court. I would need to examine the body and the crime scene itself.
