I got my pedicure yest and had a nice visit with Em. My feet look all pretty now. I mowed the front yard yest and cleaned out the car. Today I went and got a spray on tan and picked up the tripod from Cathy plus my meds so I'm on track. Except for the fact that Tammy called at 1130 pm to tell me she is too sick to watch the dog. Two days in a row now I've managed to make myself go walk the trail in the woods. Its takes about 1/2 hr. Yest my hip was pretty sore but so far today its no worse for wear. I was feeling pretty down the night before my birthday and the next day on it. My mom was supposed to take me out to eat but decided to just have me come over instead. Aunt Myrt was there. What a difference 20 deg less can make. A very nice cool day with a breeze most of it so the mosquitos didn't bother us. I mowed the front parts of the yard.
