if you have a minute to spare, you used to make a dish with rice and porkchops in a dish with what I assume was tomatoe sauce... Do you have that receipe still? I want to play with that dish and spice it up.

1 - 2 pork chops per person 2 cup uncooked rice (I usually did about 1 cup tomato basil & 1 cup white) one can of tomato sauce one can condensed tomato soup (approx half the size of the can of tomato sauce) chili powder and cayenne pepper
Pre-heat oven to 350 Brown pork chops and place in bottom of casserole dish. Cook rice (I usually add a bit of chili powder to the water when cooking). Once rice is cooked stir in tomato soup, tomato sauce and chili powder and cayenne pepper to taster. Add rice mixture to casserole dish. Cover and bake about 35 min. (To determine if it's cooked I check to see if tomato sauce appears to be boiling a bit around the edges.) Server and enjoy.

Makes enough for about 4 - 6 people.
