* a teenage girl wearing an ultra-super-micro mini skirt and kept pulling it down

* a 20-something woman with her breasts practically popping out and walks around attempting to cover her cleavage with her right hand

Cover up Ladies. Stop showing your goodies for free.

But really, the attempt to cover makes them all the more sexy. It means they have an iota of decency left. Otherwise, if they were so bold and reckless, no one would be fascinated. Only mystery , no matter how negligible, invites genuine fascination.

now that's true. but in these cases, they've already removed the mystery by wearing what they're wearing and are just making a belated attempt to put the 'mystery' back. i think the male and female viewpoint on this one would differ, some men would find it appealing while i see it as undignified. but what do they see? they see the body, not the person. heh.
