New studies show that Zebra fishes don't suffer from heart diseases because they have the gene that renews cells in their heart and keep them in tip top condition for the rest of their lives. Scientists are doing some tests to find out what gene is responsible for that and hopefully they can use that knowledge to cure the heart ailments of humans ( Read more... )

Looks like we'll have the freedom to stuff our arteries with cholesterol in 50 years.

Just saw Constantine on the big screen last night. Dark humour, dark romance, action, thriller... plus I'm a big fan of both Honsou and Reeves.
Yeah I guessed I liked it.

I wonder why... those fishes need that gene. Is it that stressful to be a fish.

Constantine was a typical Keanu movie. haha. But yeah, Honsou's a good actor. *cough*

Zebra fishes are small fishes, no more than two inches. imagine being such a small fish. you're way below the food chain. so i guess it must be stressful knowing you can be eaten anytime by virtue of your size. :D

When I go to public restrooms, I don't sit. I get into the skiier position. :) It's fast, simple, and clean. I'm in and out of the stall in a minute.

haha. new school of average performers. so true. i watch her videos and i go, okay, she looks okay, she dances okay, she's got a no.1 song, why am i not impressed? then you just hit it, she's average. she doesn't have that star quality like Aaliyah (can't bellliieeeve you misspelled that).
