Here here. At least there was that spate of good news today -- the KKK konviction; the whaling blockage; the Cub Scout found in Utah (don't know if you read that one, but it was a good thing); and also, Congress refused to vote on Bush's freaky U.N. ambassador nomination.

Sounds like you're suffering from the gas prices too! It's pretty bad over here, but it sounds even worse there. Hang in there...

I guess I'm all for reforming the U.N., but John Bolton wouldn't exactly be my go to guy. I don't think I really endorse the idea of strong-arming the world body, imperfect as it is, the "my way or the highway" mentality, no matter how much money we contribute.
