I went vegan!
I did it about 3 weeks ago. Gave up meat/dairy and biproducts. Also said bye bye to soda. It's been rough but I feel so much lighter and healthier. Minus today :/ hello pre menstrual bloat.
I'd very much like to connect with some fellow vegans and maybe get some tips/recipes/suggestions. I started a highly recommended vegan multivitamin too :)

Muscle is my enemy
It's like no matter how hard I try I can't get below 139. Summer is coming up.. I'm getting nervous. My boyfriend complimented me last weekend.. He said he liked my body how I had an hourglass shape. Well I'm sick so nothing tastes good even if I tried. Hoping to lose a few lbs from this sickness. Shouldn't be hard since I plan on taking NyQuil immediately after work, going home and passing out. I wasn't able to not eat last night because my parents were at my Gmas when I went to groom her dog(I usually say I ate there)
So today fast. I have a big soda from the gas station and 2 energy drinks(20 cal each I think)
I'm working 6:30-6 have been since Tuesday. It sucks because my boyfriend works 6pm to 2am so we havent seen each other since ( Read more... ) -
The next 3 days..
I ate all weekend, and Monday/Tuesday. 141 today :/ I have a pack of rice cakes. If I eat the entire thing it will be 490 calories. I'm going to allow myself those the next 3 days. But when they're gone I'm not allowing myself more. Today I have to clean at my Gmas... She always tries to feed me.. Thursday I have no plans for anything other than ( Read more... ) -

At my boyfriends grandmas party... She always has cheesecake bites little 1X1 inch bites. I told him not to let me have more than one of each.

Here goes today.. In 2 hours i have to be at my boyfriends grandmas house for dinner... I need strength to resist.. Luckily they have beef on Christmas...I don't eat cows. So I'll try to inconspicuously make my plate of veggies...unfortunately they do a salad course THEN dinner on a separate plate... Ugh. Won't be loading my plate with salad

Better luck tomorrow
Today was a bust. 100%
Making up for it tomorrow. Burning more than I'm eating... Cleaning 2 stalls and taking the heavy bucket to the poo pile. The. Riding for an hour. Riding itself is 300 calories. Will have no more than 300 calories tomorrow...

So I finally got my iPhone and go figure the Friday before it arrives my old phone drops from my pocket while riding and the horse stepped on it. Broke the screen. So great now my dad will be pissed.
