hmmm, the Am Jur Legal Formbook only shows bankruptcy section in google scholar :(

It's needed for a sole trader, I assume by ancillary provisions you mean I'm to make sure to include that the sale includes, biz, stock, goodwill etc etc etc as and where required?

I'm gonna hammer gurgle a bit more and try and find out what the damned book I had was called :S

Got it sorted in the end Kath, found a standard template and dug out my old law book :S all now done, signed sealed and dusted
