I'm in need of a brief, though thorough contract of sale for a business, any time within the next 3 hours would be spot on, after that, I'll be in bed, though I doubt I'll sleep too well:) so even if in the next 10 hours would be great, otherwise I'll be forced to dig out my old GCSE legal book (yes singular, I know, but I was a poor student in ( Read more... )

hmmm, the Am Jur Legal Formbook only shows bankruptcy section in google scholar :(

It's needed for a sole trader, I assume by ancillary provisions you mean I'm to make sure to include that the sale includes, biz, stock, goodwill etc etc etc as and where required?

I'm gonna hammer gurgle a bit more and try and find out what the damned book I had was called :S

Many Thanks for your help, and I thought it was international Law you were heading for? would that not include the sales of biz's worldwide?

Got it sorted in the end Kath, found a standard template and dug out my old law book :S all now done, signed sealed and dusted ( ... )

Sure TY Kath, you will have to give me a yell regarding when is convenient, and I'll pop down, my appologies for not visiting as regularly as I'd hoped, but real life sticks its ugly head in way too often. :(

Ack, you down with the lurgy too? not too bad I hope, and as I've told 3 others today, please keep it to yourself, I'ts missed me this time round, well either that or it's hiding behind the usual aches and pains.
